According to Donald Tipton's documentation, this is "Direction of location."

I suppose this is when NPCs say that you need to go in a particular compass direction to find what you're looking for.

It's a context "Tell Me About": anyInfo message, context place: Direction of location. (it is either a location direction hint or a map reveal)

Like message 7333 or 7332
Also, it can be the "resolvingError" string from Internal_Strings.csv
