[Mod] Bottled Blood Ingredients

Simply changes the icon and world texture of Werewolf's Blood, Troll's Blood, Giant's Blood and Orc's Blood with a previously unused bottled red liquid texture. This makes the ingredient much easier to find in quests since it won't use the decorative blood texture anymore.
