Glowing sprites?

Just throwing out an idea i think would be neat for setups that actually make dungeons dark would be making certain sprites having glowing pixels like their eyes, rats, skeletons, etc. could also include fires to make them pop out a bit more than the lamp they're attached to.

If it hasn't been done, this would be doable with light sources for sure. Probably could find a way to do it with npc's too.
