Jumping, and running skills not going up in #81. [resolved]

No skill gain for running, and jumping in build #81.
They don't use up stamina either.
Tried it in vanilla DFU, and with a new guy.
Same results.

This was fixed in my latest PR, and so is fixed in the latest code. I had accidentally set the player entity PlayerMotor to null in a previous PR.
