I tried replacing the line you mentioned and ran it with non-320x200 without any luck. It only appears for me when I'm outdoors. Here's my Unity version in case anyone's curious: 2018.2.21f1.

I used OBS but it started to stutter later on, not sure why. So I moved to nVidia recording same as Interkarma, it works really good. This reply is a couple months late but I've also had issues with OBS stuttering. I've found that DFU's CPU usage goes way up when you're in dungeons for some reason ...

Just tested it with a clean setup and now the bug isn't occurring. Apologies, I should have tried that before making this post. :?
