Mod idea: misc skills not able to raise

As the title says, I'd really like to have misc skills not raise at all, that way you could have actual unique characters to play with. What do you think about it?

I see... so as part of the mod Dodging should be rebalanced a bit, I suppose.

Changing some movement behaviour

First, it always felt awkard to strafe with a horse, would be great to disable that completely. Second, a more drastic change would be to disable movements when swinging a weapon, to avoid the very well known exploit about hitting while going backward, after all dodging should be a character's skill...

A system I thought of these days would make characters more unique from my pov. It would be something like this: Primary skills, nothing changes, char very talented at these. Majors, char less talented, skills raising at half speed, Minors, can't be raised through use, they need trainers. Misc skill...
