think it helps to see Magic Immunity and Critical Weakness to Paralysis as different terms from each other. Well that's true. Fire damage doesn't have to come from magic, nor does poison or paralysis. Spider bites (whether classic treats them this way or not) are not magical sources of those effect...

Unity seems to have the same interruption chance both in the wilderness and in dungeons as Classic does only outside, which is still pretty frequent. Which is a good indicator that it's a bug in the classic code that's responsible for finding valid spawn points for interrupting monsters. It's more ...

Whether it's a mystery override or mystery offset, it seems problematic for conflicts to coexist. There's nothing telling the player what's going to happen when he selects opposing terms, so it can't be a strategic roleplaying decision.

It's possible that this is Intel graphics driver related like the floor grids, so I'm posting it here. In my opinion, the rest enemy spawn rate is ridiculously high. And it messes up with gameplay, especially on lower levels. I just tried resting at both 15k cycles and 150k cycles (cpu speed) in dosbox, and the regeneration amounts were the same. These results don't seem to be CPU bound. This is also true of the "Increased Magery" advantage that you've already fixed, although that one wasn't an exploit because it hurts rather than helps you. Still, it's an oversight in classic.
