I will add that changing the quest file does not change the running quest. It is necessary to terminate and restart the quest again (e.g. through console commands). Once a quest is compiled and loaded to quest machine, it will continue executing as it was at initial compile time.

Random encounter rate is not tied to lycanthropy, and random encounters do not happen inside taverns while resting - unless a quest is creating them. Please ensure all mods are removed before making bug reports. If you encounter a bug with a mod, please notify the author in their respective topic.

I believe this bug has been fixed in upcoming builds.

This one was working OK last time I played through it (which was admittedly a while back now). Some later changes could have broken the emulation.

I've added a new Random.InitState() call right before rolling for a quest.
