Oh, right. i was thinking in terms of Arena where probably on that holiday the "equipment stores" (armor and weapons) are closed, but the message says "all stores" so that would probably be the way to go to implement it in Daggerfall.

I think this one is probably not implemented in classic. A lot of the holidays are carried over from Arena, and in Arena, there were only 4 types of buildings where you could buy things. - Equipment store (weapons, armor) - Mages Guild (spells, potions, magic items) - Temple (blessings, healing) - T...

I just pushed a fix for quest reward books.

If random loot is okay now, as it seems to be, then I think we can close this after the fix is merged.

Is every single book you encounter "The First Scroll of Baan Dar", or is it just common? (This is a question to anyone with this issue)

If you open the console and type "add book" what does it give you?

I'm getting random books with the console command and in treasure.

These are probably all fixed in the latest release. I wasn't able to confirm these bugs though: 3 - you can equip the blue swords at the same time as this mace, just click thru it and you will see ad 3 - equping ALL artifacts wepons is bugged, you can have golden two hand hammer, and a blue sword at...

I looked into this some but am not sure. I found something, though, that I think may point to the answer. I found that even if in MaterialReader.cs, you change ReverseTextureKey() to always give back a constant value for "archiveOut", the problem doors in those temples will remain unaffected, while ...
