I raided a few stores at night and have 10 horses and carts in my inventory that I can't sell. I'd vote for not being able to sell a cart unless empty, and to have the ability to sell horses and carts.
Same here.

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

Briefly continuing hijacking the thread: Yes, I'll look into this right away. I'll also try to make it customizable, so you'll be able to modify variables in the HP per level formula and the amount of bonus pool points. Briefly continuing the continuing - I forgot to note that Interkarma's change t...

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

Hey UserOfThisSite, briefly hijacking the thread because I see you're back - are you still planning to continue work on your proposed "Static Leveling" mod (https://forums.dfworkshop.net/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=277&start=70#p21900)? Interkarma just exposed the attributes per level to modding (i.e. the ...

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

The way Daggerfall modes operate affects the gameplay and the player. The segregation of modes changes you. When you are in steal mode you are thinking like a thief. You start thinking who can I steal from. You are literally in a stealing mode. If you are a fighter and come to a locked door you bas...

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

You're right that click to attack only uses the right mouse button. But keypresses (e.g. for "info mode") are still largely unnecessary in an ideal modern UI, where the mouse can simply be used for most actions. That would really bring DFU forward another significant step, even for an old-timer like...

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

Agree with Banshee and Al-Khwarizmi. In my UI/controls enhancements topic (https://forums.dfworkshop.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1042), I've suggested what I think is the best and simplest solution in line with later TES and other games: "OPTIONAL SETTING: Interaction Modes replaced with left-click (ta...

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

Yes, but the classic system still introduces unnecessary button presses, and more importantly, frequent confusion as to which "mode" you're currently in (which I've found quite annoying on many occasions, even now after I've largely refamiliarized myself with Daggerfall through DFU). But I do like y...

Re: Just to say how amazing this is...

I won't be getting into this more here, but I 110% agree that level scaling (of enemies, loot, etc.) is an astoundingly lazy and obsolete mechanic that should be killed with fire. But despite its many quirks and flaws, I still love Daggerfall.

Re: Solution to the what happens when I click problem

This wouldn't solve the fundamental issues with the classic "interaction modes" themselves (i.e. having to frequently switch modes to accomplish common tasks as opposed to simply left- vs. right-clicking as needed), as also discussed elsewhere. However, for a light-touch enhancement, at least changi...

Re: Optional Sneak Toggle

Right, and my suggestion in my separate topic linked above to optionally replace the awful classic "interaction modes" mechanic with a much simpler and more intuitive system would solve these issues. I really hope to see some fixes here in DFU post-1.0.
