A suggestion, disable the horse head while you're actually fast traveling with this if it can be done.
It looks way better when you're fast traveling on foot.

ALL foliage sprites work !
The non-foliage sprites still seem to be turning off after 12 pm...
But the sunsets are gorgeous..

I am still monitoring this, just bumping it up so I don't lose track. I would like to see shadows on everything in post noon hours (foliage, sprites, npc's), but no biggie. Yeah, 3x speed is WAY better for me, it still clip clops, but I'm assuming it's DFU, I will continue to observe this behavior like the night hawk...
