Awesome! This is everything I wanted! (Now all it needs imo is to make the Castle a uniquely modeled/textured interior/exterior and to include an optional main quest quest for them ;) )

I believe I'm having similar falling through the world issues with Dragontail Mountains and the jungled baronies such as Satakalaam and Mournoth, but I have yet to try them with the mod turned off so I can't say for sure if it's related to this mod or not. To me at least, a good number would be around 10-20% of the NPCs being other races, the Iliac Bay is a major trade hub after all. :) Would you also be placing the NPCs that exist in data - but not placed in game? The "Create Item" spell would also be in Conjuration as iirc it's the only spell that isn't currently governed by a skill. I don't think reanimation would need to be a separate skill tbh, just have Reanimate (Undead/Humanoid/Animal/Daedra/Creature) be a Conjuration spell taught only by Necromancers/...

As a player I'd rather keep the 1-2 = 1-1 cost flaw. Though I wouldn't be particularly devastated to see it go.

Well, the Khajiit in Morrowind are all Suthay-Rahts, you could probably use their heads to get a good forward-looking face that plays nice with hoods.
