Shedding some Light (spell) on the subject

Shedding some Light (spell) on the subject

Currently, you can only cast Light on yourself. Unfortunately, this highlights you. Wouldn't it be nice if you could brighten the night of your enemies? Therefore, I have some Light suggestions:

Cast on Target: Makes the target give off light. If a mobile, the light moves with the mobile. If a wall, furniture, or other static, the light stops where it hits - Or 10cm in front, to avoid clipping?
Cast on Touch: Like Cast on Target, only more dangerous.
Cast on Area?: Puts a Light effect on every unique object in the area, clamped to the radius of the area.
Area around Caster?: Lighten up the night by leaving a Shiny trail.

Note: I'm only really serious about the first two.
