Third person perspective?
For whatever reason I miss possibility to see the world from behind the character. I realise that it would look weird with the character being a flat sprite, but is it even possible? Or would it require abundance of new sprites for every race/gender/head/armour combination?

Re: Third person perspective?
There's no such thing as a rear perspective of a Daggerfall player character, so that'd all have to be created from zero. The closest existing thing is Interkarma's creation, the Vanity Clone.

That's exactly the case. The best we can hope for is that one day some aspiring pixel artist would go ahead and and mod them in after painstakingly drawing all of this. Now the good news is that once someone would make the base male and female sprites the rest would be a matter of drawing like 3 types of armor along with some weapons (with small variations) and recolor a bunch of them. Still a lot of work for an amateur painter and then there's coding it in ofc...BaronPampa wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 3:31 pmOr would it require abundance of new sprites for every race/gender/head/armour combination?
Eh, maybe some day.
