Those tent models are pretty crappy, they have no textures.
Oh right. It's like the armor and wall axes. Those models look just awful. Shouldn't someone mod that? Or is that so deep in the classic code no one has managed yet? And you'd need some actual skin textures...
Allthough even just taking existing paperdoll armor, axe and shield textures and just stretching it over the 3D model would be an improvement:D

There's 3D armour? I think I've seen the wall axes at some point but don't remember the armour, there's just too many freaking models. I also spotted an untextured anvil and weird stair and dungeon meshes that were all black.
Anyway, all models in the game can be replaced using the same method Handpainted Models uses. You can also add new objects in that way.
its an armor stand, and yes it's untextured but looks okay due to colours. I also used a catapult, but that looks textured. (added after your testing Ral)
