When you take money out of your bank account, you have to pay a fee. (10% I think) It would be nice nice if it divided you money in the bank by 10, subtracted it from your account total, and displayed it next to the money you have in your account in paraenthesis. It would save the hassle of trying to get every gold piece of your account so that you can buy that new house in another region you wanted.

Fee for writing letters of credit is 1%; 10% is loan interest.
There's no fee if you withdraw gold pieces (but obviously you'll be limited by the amount you can carry)

That's not how it works, if you want to withdraw x as letter of credit then x * 1.01 has to be removed from your account; So the effective amount you can withdraw that way is account / 1.01, not account * 0.99.

Thank you for clarifying that. It would still be nice for when you do write a letter of credit though.

Entire fortunes have been gained and lost on little details like that. It's kind of why Banks exist.

True, the whole banking interface could certainly be redone by a mod.
The classic form leave little room for extra infos...
