More or less, the mod would integrate a second subspecies of Khajiit, with their own paperdoll appearence (but no modifier to racial abilities). It would also add playable orcs. Both would have their own paperdolls.
After selecting Elyswyr as your province of origin and entering the game, a text box would pop up asking if you were Ohmes-Raht (The more humanlike Khajiit of TES2) or Cathay-Raht (The more catlike Khajiit in TES3).
If you choose Ohmes-Raht, nothing further happens. If you choose Cathay-Raht, your paperdoll changes (Into one compatible with MOST default clothing, but more catlike in appearence) and you gain the following:
+Level scaling to unarmed damage and hit chance (Something around a dark elf's rate of progression for melee attacks)
+Can no longer wear helmets or boots.
Additionally, after selecting High Rock as your province of origin, you can choose to be an Orc. Orcs are commonly seen as monsters, but are exceptionally strong. These would also have their own paperdoll, compatible with all equipment.
If you play an orc...
+You gain exceptional weapon damage/to hit scaling by level, and additional hit points per level when resting per hour.
+you have greater starting reputation with the orcs, and can automatically pacify orcs when you first encounter them.
-Your reputation with all regions, and most factions except the orcs... is massively reduced, to the extent that one minor crime will result in you being subject to criminal conspiracy charges at random.
-Your personality stat is halved after character creation. Orcs are seen as monsters and little else by most people of tamriel.

Re: Racial Diversity of Tamriel
You don't let monster into your home, don't you? Orc invading town or another civilised place should be immediately confronted by armed guards. If I were you, I would probably leave the Orc as a playable race, but I'd consider it 'hardcore mode' playstyle when you can't get access into the cities at all. Or in exceptional cases when you are able to get inside without bloodshed secretly at night.
Orc can begin with lowest reputation everywhere and then improve it step by step, painfully and slow, but still... proving he's not a mere beast and can be useful for the people.
That would be very interesting, but it requires much more effort of course - at least altering the main quest to get workarounds given you race. Might be really fresh and unique experience though.

This should really be part of a mod where you can get alternative MQ: Make an Orc character and get a MQ from Gorthwog instead of the emperor.
