[Mod request] Prohibition of opening the inventory during combat

Everything is clear from the title. A huge request, can anyone make a mod that prohibits opening inventory during combat? And I need any mods that add hardcore and realism.

There is an even better option (though I'm not sure that it is bug-free) - disable pause in inventory, this is already implemented in Ironman mod, but there are a lot of other changes and the mod does not work on new builds. I wonder how to pull this function out of that mod and make a separate mod for the new version of DFU?
