Idea : Finance of Daggerfall

Hi, the title is quite self explanatory !

That's the first time I post something on a forum and i do so because I think Daggerfall Unity is awesome !

Big up for the developpers and the modding community that made this game so good !

Now back to business !

How about a mod that allow to :
_Buy multiple houses and rent them
_Buy multiple ships and use them for trading
_Get interests from banks
_Buy businesses and invest in them to get better merchandises
_Buy taverns


I think it could be a good roleplay addition to the game

More ideas :
_hire accountants to manage yours properties in different region
_hire collecters to collect your money or make money transferts between regions
_mercenaries to protect your businesses
_subscribe insurrance to refund you in case of problem
_taxes

Randoms events like :
_shorts of supplies
_strikes
_betreayal from the people you hire
_business attacked
_members from nobility trying to sabotage you

Basically a management simulation involving several questlines

Love the idea. Playing fallout 4 right now, and I think sim settlement mod is one of the coolest mods developed so far for a beths game.

Be so cool to have some type of city/business building system/mod.

Be cool to even have something similar to sim settlements, where people move in to your properties and so on over time and improve them (sell better stuff/services/quests) as time progresses.

Love to see someone, who has the time, pick something like this up. I still have tons of stuff I want to work on within the Combat system before moving on to something else.
