(0.5 request) Item stacking for potions

(0.5 request) Item stacking for potions

As the title suggests, add item stacking for potions like ingredients. Likely a 0.5 project since magic isn't implemented yet and all potions just say glass bottle at the moment.

That's not actually true, potions imported from classic saves should display correctly.

Please say if that is not the case for you... that may be a bug. :)

You are correct, potion names do show up in the info window. I was looking at the mouse over, that still says glass bottle and threw me off.

Does anyone have any objections to potions stacking? I might look into the feasibility unless there's some good gameplay reason no to do it.

I don't object, provided the stacking makes sense (i.e. stack based on effect). I think Daggerfall's potions are a pretty good candidate for stacking.

Need a mechanism to enable player to unstack stuff as well I think. Theres some existing stacking issues I want to address anyway at some point so I will look at this at the same time.

Ok, that will be delayed until potions handling is done.
But there's now no difficulties left to implement potions stacking.
