[Mod] Nine's Khajiit

[Ninelan]

Nine's khajiit makeover at the current state only exists as Nine's Cathay and Nine's Tojay. A mod that changes the Khajiit furstock from Ohmes-raht to Cathay. Eventually, other furstocks will be represented if applicable.
The next on the worklist are Suthay-raht.

-Gray spotted (will be reworked/refined in the next update)
-Tan striped
-Oblivion-like (Tries to mimic the default pelt and colour dimorphism from oblivion)
