Okay so I tried this one, it takes a bit to load a scene no matter where you're going, and equipping different weapons will freeze it for a few seconds.

It seems like the ebony weapons aren't using the right texture mine was coming out silver or Steel.
It looks pretty though, there's some artifacts on some of the swords like an orange line at the bottom ( I only checked out swords and Fists)..
The fist looks a little skinny compared to what I'm used to but it looks nice.
I think the files are too big size-wise maybe reduce the size if you can it's going to help on performance. ( I think KoW said something about this).

Once it loads up it works fine, so it's the getting them into memory where the pump comes from, on my end anyways..

I like it, it's a bit too bumpy on my end for me to play with all the time though..

How do you get this to work??
i downloaded the 4 files, put the extracted files under the specified folder the in game it does not change.
What am I missing.

You make a new folder in DaggerfallUnity_Data/StreamingAssets/Textures called CifRci. The full path would be: DaggerfallUnity_Data/StreamingAssets/Textures/CifRci

In that CifRci folder, unzip all the files from the first page in there.

I wanted to bundle DFU and some graphical mods for a lower spec PC, so I down-sized the images. I figured I'd share half-scale ones with you all.

50% Resize

Even at Quarter-Size there's a slight lag when equipping new weapons. So there might be something else going on there, like calls to load the textures not happening at start, but only happening on weapon change, but that's just my best guess.

Lag on equip might be caused by texture compression enabled in game options.

I think packing this to DFMOD might help. Ill try the 25% res laters. Thanks :)

Also looking for help making bows to work
Bow texture contains 7 animation frames. For some reason after putting updated files in CifRci only the first 4 updated frames get played in game, last 3 stay default. I tried renaming last 3 frames into different frame sequence(1-0,2-0,3-0 instead of 0-4) but with no result. Anyway here's the updated steel bow textures to test it out for anyone interested

I think the bow issue is caused by something in the mod framework, you should let The Lacus know about it.
Also, try to look at the log, but Im not sure the answer will be there.
edit: bow model is looking awesome
