Textures remind me a little like http://www.handpaintedtextures.com/, which is a style i associate with Diablo2/Torchlight
But they do look nice in those screenshots.
Is there too much specularity in the floor?
It reflects too much light.

Great work! DU uses already emission maps on exterior windows, it's nice to have something for interiors, too. It surely increases the atmosphere of the game.
A mod could improve even more, changing brightness according to the current weather.

Improve textures like you are doing it's a great beginning. About models, i would start with towns props (both models and sprites) before moving on complex objects like npcs and enemies which require additional work for animations.VMblast wrote: Hmm...ok, but I need some suggestions from you guys. I like the new floor tiles.
Colour palette works better in the room than original.
