I'm feeling some emotion alright - those are quite lovely! :) These concept scenes definitely set a nice high bar for the mod system to aim for in years to come.

I have one video to show here. Unfortunatey due to Unity version switch. There were many other test uniy projects like SEGI and sunshine daylight, but because of new unity version it all got messed up. I hope that this short video will convey the message, sort of speak. ;)

This is really lovely! It will be fascinating to see if assets like these could be used by the mod system one day in the future.

Yeah, also Im sad because I cant show you guys other variants, they are truly spectacular. This one is the first and basic one. SEGI version is full real time global illumination and on overcast day like the one in the video, well it really bring it to shine more. Ill try to capture some more stuff, but because of the version change, some thing like legacy terrain grass shader is bugged for some reason (purple graphics), so I dont know how to fix it. :P

Looks pretty great! I'm happy that instead of going for photobashed look like modders in other TES game like to do, you keep the handpainted aesthetics.

How the progress goes so far? Are there plans for 3D characters too?

It halted. I dont have time for that anymore. Just here and there some testings and what I make for the tests, sometimes I transfer to other modders here. Like the newest edition of painted grass textures. @TheLacus is adding them into RealGrass mod and I cant wait to see it in action. ;)

Just wanted to drop here this small contribution (this is quick-made). Current crosshair always bothered me. Ive made this spotted aim inspired by Kingdom Come. I liked how it fitted in that kind of historic/mid age aesthetics. Made it green, but since Ive not got chance to try it, maybe if someone will test it ingame and finds that it is not working well, I can change color to what ever.
