By the way, what is that compass at the top of your screen. I know it does not fit the style of Daggerfall, but I like the way it looks.

Made it myself. It is working as well. I mean, I made graphics and done some coding from the YT tutorial. But its great, Im pleased how it turned out, since I've made it exactly as I envisioned it. ;) Yeah, its not in Daggerfall style, which is quite stylized. My goal here was to make very realistic look and I wanted that particular look & feel for the compass as well. This time at least, I might change graphics in the future to make it more "mid-ages" style. :P

Would you mind making that compass available as is? I have a preference for top of screen compasses and I'd love to play with it.

This looks fantastic VMBlast.

Perhaps that combined with the work Zadroter has done on houses might form the foundation of a "demo game" or new project that takes Daggerfall/DFUnity to the next level.

And there made little test with house based on vanill a one, but with more detail and make it look more like actual medival house. What do you think? If idea looks nice, I can made test city block in style of more dence medival city, but more or less in original game style.

Thanks for these suggestions.

For now Im more focused (with the limited time I have) on making everything to work, for the demo. Since Im not a coder, rather just an C# YT tutorial enthusiast, its going very slowly. :P

For the Demo alpha I had in mind different design for the architecture. Hopefully it will be refreshing, in contrast to the classic and overused medieval house design. This whole idea (demo and all) hasn't come up recently, this was something that its brewing for years now. Hopefully Ill be able to pull out this demo as I have envisioned it....which with my code skills will take years lol

Well, thats a rather good question. For now im keeping this on private mode, as I want to try to make some of the things work myself. However, since I use practically all of the assets (just a few of them) that I did for DFU and some of few other things that Ive scooped (free source) from internet, I will add this to GitHub so anyone can contribute....if they want ofc. For now, what you see is just an testing ground, so its not a level per say. Player controller works and Ive added couple of animations for the warhammer. Im struggling these days to make UI work (for now you can only pop it with -I- key, but for some reason, any of the features in it are not clickable even if there is a cursor visible...hmmm I have to bang my head harder lol).

If I loose my patience with all these, I'll add it to Git sooner rather than later. ;)

This is still Daggerfall related as this is aimed to be soul successor (recreation) of it. :) ....well thats what I would like it to be :P

Just some more prototyping and concept exploration, along with testing Unity's limits lol. This time I tryied to do realistic approach to the famus DF game. ;)
