Ok coders, I'm once again asking for your help and this time providing some sample PNGs necessary to make it happen. If someone wants an afternoon project that would TOTALLY CHANGE towns and cities in Daggerfall, here's your chance. PNGs here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yVhO_w ... sp=sharing
The file naming convention looks like this. Bodies have normal Daggerfall sprite names, i.e. 381_0-0.png. The heads have something like -cdm-h1.png appended. The "cdm" is a unique three letter identifier for the head pack or artist, in this case carademono. The h1 or h2 simply represents which head the png has. Basically all that's needed is a script that half the time superimposes 381_0-0-cdm-h1.png onto the body, and the other half superimposes 381_0-0-cdm-h2.png. If successful, we will then have BOTH of these villagers walking around Hammerfell (and hopefully not the headless zombie).
