Installation
1. Put all the textures in DF Unity\DaggerfallUnity_Data\StreamingAssets\Textures

Hey, I'm reuploading the textures from DropBox made around 2010 for the DaggerXL texture replacement project. I don't know how many of the original contributors are still active but I'm sure they'd be very happy to see their work ported into DFUnity. I have my hands full atm so I thought I'd upload all the textures here and see if anyone is up for that. Shouldn't be difficult, just a lot of repetitive data entry.

Just so the original contributors are properly credited the 4 people that still have access to the DropBox are: Alex Skn, Alexander Sigurdsson (me), Kenneth Hansen and whey bags. Lol and here runes changed to oblivion letters :lol:
We had a big disscution about it.

Awesome pack, will be a great placeholder before VMblast draw them all (if he draw...)

as far as I remember the last decision was to make it like vanilla daggerfall and not use daedric runes

Yeah, becaue it more complicated lore question. Change runes to oblivion letters is far beyond of retexturing, it like mod that add Talos.

Thanks for bringing those textures here, its a lot of work and Im glad it was not abandoned with the DaggerXL demise.

So... what is the process that needs to be done to put these textures ingame? If its something really easy and just repetitive, I might be able to do that.

Contacting all the original contributors may be a good idea but from a technical point of view it's a very simple process.

Thanks for info, Ill see what I can do. Btw Ive found names of contributors in one of the readme files:

StoneFrog: Architectural, Misc., & Quest Related Textures
Levethian: Architectural Textures
Ghost Line: terrain
PatchyPegleg: Dungeon & Misc. Textures
wheybags: Dungeon Textures
epicurius7: NPC Flats Upgrade
Byth: Dungeon Textures

So at the very least, we can give credits where its due

Dug up the handful I managed to do, plus an unfinished one:

I'd re-do these from scratch were I to try again. But here they are FWIW.
