Description
This mod is my attempt at making temples in Daggerfall's swampy regions a little easier on the eyes. It changes the color scheme from an overbearing, monochrome purple, to something a little easier to look at. The textures are in .png format, but are simply a palette translation of their originals, which means they use Daggerfall's original palette. This keeps them feeling vanilla and part of the base game.

I'm currently working on a tutorial with illustrations that demonstrates how to easily do palette translations on Daggerfall's image files and I expect to have to have it finished and posted in the next few days.

Installation is easy: copy the .png files in the zip archive and paste them in your ...\DaggerfallUnity_Data\StreamingAssets\Textures directory.

Id like to know how to do the pallete translations. I think this makes ppl conflicted as it changes things from vanilla while not adding any more details - just changing the feel etc. And maybe they dont see a problem in the original... but really, the pink colour tint over everything in the original seems a bit excessive... its still the original tho... ahh the dilema :)

I changed the ground, but definitely a bit easier on the eyes in my opinion.

I meant to to upload the tutorial last week, but I've been really busy with school. It's nearly done and I hope to have it out this week! :)

I have been going nuts lately with my texture folder, and XML files. :lol:
This swapping in and out stuff is oddly satisfying.
I actually think I changed the roof, and gave it reflections as well.
