Possible to Create New Special Advantages/Disadvantages?

As the title suggests, I'm wondering if it's possible at this time to create new special advantages and disadvantages for use during character creation. Off the top of my head I'd love to add Faster Health Regeneration, Spell Point Regen and Fatigue Regen as options.
