New Mod: Carry Weight Customizer.

Hi All,
I uploaded a new mod today. It allows you to customize the carry weight. It can be used to simply increase the multiplier from the default 1.5 to any integer from 1 to 10. It can also modify the carry weight based on skill values from your athletic skills.
