Is it possible to add new localities (cities, temples and homes) via mod?

Yes it's coming soon, you posted this question just a few posts above the thread I'm creating to document the world data system which means maybe you should read a bit more... ;)

I'm very concious of the comment that Uncanny Valley made about the original building world data override functionality and how it was very poorly documented and wish to avoid that this time. (although I thought I'd done a good job last time)

I just created the first annotated example which has taken roughly 2 hours to make. I'd quite like some feedback about whether this is worth it or not? Does it make sense and is it clear? Feedback in this thread would be great!
