How hard is it to mod quests in the game?

I know writing is hard but for the kind of mod I got in mind. Writing won't be an issue. But, is it something complicated to learn? I'm a complete beginner when it comes to unity.

Apparently it's one of the easier things to add to the game. At least if you keep it relatively linear and short.

Dosen't need to be complex. I just kinda want to make that tongue-in-cheek skyrim parody.
