What is this app in the enhanced sky mod zip ver 2.0.5 ?

It shows up in the zip for me..
What's it for ?
Readme says nothing about it...actually, there is no readme..

That file is the Java SE runtime environment installer for 64-bit Windows. It not in the Enhanced Sky 2.0.5 zip download however (just confirmed this), and is not related at all to this mod.
Most likely answer is that you've downloaded Java into your extracted folder, or accidentally drag-dropped the file onto your zip. If you download the 2.0.5 zip again, the original definitely does not have the JRE included. This is something that's happened on your end.
