BUG: Flying enemies at ground level

Hi, Ive noticed this strange behavior of the flying enemies, which tend to get to the ground level as they move around (using the advanced enemy AI option)

Bats and Imps Ive met always endup "flying" at the ground, same level as rats.

Could it be possible to set some elevation these flying creatures cant get bellow, so they stay at the eye level?

Should be posted in bugs I guess - for someone to notice
