DFU should, of course, work as well or better than classic. When I say already supports, I mean right now DFU supports both having and not having these things. You start out with no cart or horse and then you can buy or steal said items. It seems the simplest solution to take the PC back to having no horse and no wagon and give him the money just as you would in any other transaction. Since InterKarma is rather busy implementing code to make the game functional, asking for huge changes is outside of what could be expected.
