I loaded an old save and when I exited the dungeon I found I was underwater, albeit invisible water.

Region: Mournoth
Location: Castle Sughton

I went to a few other nearby locations that were also under invisible water: The Lhildan Cabin, C'ag Orchard, The Mhist Farmstead.

Pheonumbadai, however was not.


I'm guessing this localised area is below sea level or something.

Confirmed, thank you. Will fix when I can.

Edit: Resolved now and fix will be in next builds.
