So first thing I noticed in the first minute of this new build is when I tab out of the game or unfocus the window and then go back in, the mouse doesn't lock into the window anymore. It only locks in when I first launch the game.
Switching to fullscreen doesn't lock the mouse either if you have multiple monitors, but closing and relaunching the game does fix the issue, until you tab out to check your Discord or something.

This happens for me too, Im on the latest Windows 10. Obviously, it's only a problem in Windowed mode since the mouse can leave the draw window.

This is a confirmed regression bug in Unity 2018.1. Here's a link to their issue tracker.

Edit: Have trialled workaround suggested in link above and it is suitable until this issue is patched in Unity. Fix will be in next round of builds.
