Just finished a quest for this guy and he says this when you talk.

Thanks for the report. I have fixed this now, so in future your guild rank will be used correctly.
The save has to be edited to remove all traces since it contains the result of the bug in the conversation savefile, but it will not occur in the future. (that was why there were duplicate srcDataUnknown tags)
