Linux #Vengeance: Quest does not end if resting

In a recent quest, it's easy to start resting to reach the end of it. If the PC is resting when the "end quest" action is executed, the quest continues running. All other quest actions, such as say and give pc anItem, function appropriately. I set the victory window to an hour and a half to ensure the resting period counted it, but that didn't help end the quest.

I've uploaded the quest file for easy verification.

It recently occurred to me while testing one of my old quests. Triggers appear to be omitted if the PC is resting, at least in 85.
