Quests don't appear in active quest log- help!

Hello. I am having a problem with my quest log. Eveytime i visit a guild, any one of them, and ask for a quest, the quest itself does not appear in the quest log. I am able to accept it but the log does not register the quest. This is the message i get:

Please help. I am quite desperate. Took a lot of hard work to reach level 25 and I am affraid my game is ruined.

Welcome to the forums

No need to worry; one way or another there'll be a solution. Could you post your save game where it's happened? And the full player log, preferably on Pastebin or some other location.
