(Bug) Quest target spawns at near impossible location.
Here is a dungeon layout where quest target always spawns behind the wall tapestries. Here is the save in front of those tapestries and quest target behind them. You can "open" the tapestries, but you cannot still go behind them or attack the quest target. Only way to kill it is with Area at Range spell.

I checked that you cannot slide between the tapestries in classic either. I don't know if I could hit a quest spawn behind them.

I can now say that you can hit a quest target behind those tapestries, but it's a very, very precise spot where you need to be and where the enemy needs to be. So, it is at least confirmed that you can complete a quest with pure melee character if a target spawns behind those tapestries.

Interestingly, when I loaded your savegame, I found myself falling into the void. I fixed the situation with tele2exit, but then found enemies inside walls, moving statue right in the middle of a corridor...
I'm not sure what's going on.

Uh, i am an idiot, i should have mentioned i am using smaller dungeons option. This is still the only dungeon type where the quest target only appears such an awful place. Well, at least you can kill it somehow, it's just can be quite hard sometimes. Easy with a spellcaster who has area at range spell.
