I'd like to have a quest where the player is required to cast a spell effect on a quest target. But I would like to give the player a magic item in which to cast this effect with, if they don't know how to cast the effect themselves. So is there a way to give the player a quest item, which is a specific item, lets just say a "Wand" with a specific enchantment on it, lets just say "Null-Magicka". Is this possible? Or does the item have to random and the enchantment on it can be specific?
