Way to go with the initialization stuff, it's ALOT easier now....much appreciated..
And the orc stronghold takeover, I really like that one; not too hard, but not to easy..
It really makes the orc warlord sprite feel much more substantial when he's the last guy spawning, and not just randomly placed in a dungeon (which is how we usually find it)...I almost died, what a treat that was...
We need more of that stuff..

Ok maybe I have just gone stupid or something but I'm not sure how to install this especially since I am in the middle of a game and don't want to start over.

So I downloaded the file and see this:

The top has a bunch of folders in it and the bottom has text files.

So am I just extracting the txt files? Am I putting the folders somewhere? I'm confused.

Nope, all our quest packs as of today are compatible with each other and classic.

what can i do if i break warm ashes by recalling into an interior? :(
i tried: deleting the quests, loading my save and make a new save without them.
then copy the quests again and load the new save i made.
still broken :(

What does "broken" mean? Warm Ashes will still continue to run, though you may introduce centaurs and barbarians into places they shouldn't be.

Exiting the building should be enough. The problem with recalling is the game gets confused where the play is located. Exiting the building in town or leaving/re-entering the dungeon exteriors should fix this. I recommend anchoring before you enter buildings.

Loving this mod so far, quick question though, how often can random events occur? I haven't run across one so far
