I've managed to get a set of all the armors and weapons, in all colors. Now for the upscaling
Spoiler!
TheLacus has made some slight oversight, and the clothes don't work yet, but I'm sure he'll have it working before I even scratch the surface of these.
Awesome! Very clever solution, I was so focused on bruteforcing it, this idea did not even came to my mind.
At least I was still sane enough to call a brute force aproach impossible
Hazelnut, yes, I remember when I tryed to create 1st materials... that was... dangerous for me, and my PC. And for Lacus as well

Fixed, now is also a bit more clever.
@Kow you can use it to export horse and compass textures if you want.

Thank you so much for your help! It works beautifully, and I've now got all the exports I needed to get this done!
I've considered it alot, I'll probably try on the next batch, but many of the images need a different strength select tool. That said, I've gotten 1000 out of ~11000 done.
Another saving grace is that TheLacus's program has named all the files correctly for me. So at least I don't have to sift through all that too.
Edit:
Got imagemagick scripted up. Getting great results on about 80% of the files. Which saves me a good few hours for sure! Thanks for the reminder Azteca!
