Some of these faces give me an uncanny valley feel.

And also the contrast between high-detailed face features that you added and the stuff processed by xBRZ is very strong, especially on the female elves' ears in the pic above. The resulting art style is rather odd to me. I understand this is WIP though, here's hoping that the final images will have every detail refined.

Thanks for the feedback! Well I do what Im able to.. but I will consider what u said.

But I like the style, I love the mix between naive hairs and realistic faces. The hairs are beyond the xBRZ - Ive redrawn em.. Yes I will work on em more, but this the style Im heading forward and the finals will not be too much different.

Anyway, to give myself break from heads, Im back at clothing. Ive created all color variants for a lots of items which were previously only one color variant. It will add a lot of new variants to pimp up the paperdoll to the players liking

So far Im at the female clothes, so Ive made variants for all the bras, and its really beneficial!
Lots of tweaking in the clothes section...

Removed unused black & orange clothing color variants, 1300 files

Corrected all cloaks interior parts causing transparency issues
Darkened the cloak interior parts to look more natural
Created 40 missing masks for the AI cloaks sets 239, 240, 241, 242
Cloaks 242_47 - all variants were bugged > remade + masks
Cloaks 241_24 - all variants were bugged > remade + masks
Tuned the cloak variants colors to better match each other

Corrected brightness on all female clothing
Change palete on all Aquamarine colors Female to better match the vanila colors
Reduced saturation by -20 on all Red and Purple Female colors to better match vanila
Further reduced lightness -5 saturation -10 of female purple clothing
Reduced saturation -20 added lightness +5 to all Green Female colors
Reduced brightness on some female white/aquamarine clothes

Golden parts - shader, detail textures
Female golden suit - created all 40 color variants
Hide bra - shader, created all 40 color variants
Spiked bra - shader, created all 40 color variants
Flower bra - corrected, added missing parts, shader, all 40 color variants
Skirt 240_101_0-Blue - corrected dimensions
Remade all male sandals (tall version) to better fit various trousers

Corrected the vanilla bug causing the body switch with shirt 241_58 (all colors)
Corrected many miscleanious bugs in male clothing
Completed the overlooked missing pieces


= weapons =
All weapons new shaders and detail texture
Tweaked all dwarven weapons blade colors towards the darker shade (2 pass)
Corrected bug on all rapiers which was causing a discoloration around the arm
Corrected some shields Ive missed in a previous runs


= bodies =
All bodies - new shaders and some detail textures
Argonian faces detail textures and shading
Dark Elf male/female faces in HD
Tweaked the Dark elf male bodies colors
Redguard female faces HD
Nord female faces HD

Corrected faulty outlines on the character faces
Rescaled the Sitrus faces roughly towards the 512*512 resolution
Corrected the Sitrus bodies dimensions and placement in the canvas
Created the clothed variants for Sitrus bodies (with underwear)


= armors =
Detail texture layers and additional shading pass on all armors
All Chain armors completely remade, inconsistent vanilla transparency corrected

Improved masking on all helmets, getting rid of the white outlines
All 600 helmet variants re-seated to the character bodies using the XML files

Finetuned all armor sets brightness across the parts
Corrected all female armor bugged colors due to the wrong export script

Corrected wrong vanila placement of female full body armors (1,5 degree rotation)

Removed 500 redundand sprites & 4 masks



= HUD =
Created a Potion maker HD interface and ensured its correct behavior with HD ingredients (thanks Lacus)
Changed the Wereboar player portrait from brown to Black to go with the 2020/r1 change of the Wereboar MOB from brown to Black
(this was done to make werewolf and wereboar MOBs more distinct)
Tweaked some character background to better match the Paperdoll.


= SPRITES =
Implemented the hand drawn terrain sprites of the desert region made by Jman0War
(this version is mixed with my desert sprites to get the best from both versions)
And some recoloring action:

So Ive finished up the new color variants and Im super excited about the new possibilities.

What is new color variant?
In Vanilla many clothing pieces use only one color - example: Brown boots, trousers, bras, clothing in general. But DFU already supports more color variants per default. So Ive decided to make all 10 color variants for such a items. One of these colors is ALWAYS same as default version, so the original art is ALL still in the game, but now just as a one variant of many :)

This technically speaking added 1400 files of new variants of clothing

At the end of the day, it now provides much wider possibilities to customize the avatar
Here are the new variants at screenshot - 10 base color setups, blue, red, green etc.
Imagine how many new variants this brings, when you start to combine colors, armors etc, its 1000s of total variants :)
This was not possible before..

Ive made new background for High Elf
Its more color neutral, and Ive matched the light source with the shading of the armor parts.
I might redo some more, for them to better match the new paperdoll system.

I have fitted all weapons to the character hands more precisely using 560 XML files.

But Ive noticed that while the set 234 is used, 233 is not used in the game at all (or the other way around)
Can someone confirm?

I can confirm that archive 233 isn't referenced in the item templates so isn't used from what I know.
