Hm I dont think so, there are no textures, but materials. So if you want to modify a textures, u need to recreate a normal maps, height maps and possibly other specific maps to do so, and than bake it back in the material and that to the DFMOD. What textures you dont enjoy specifically? Are you able to do the abovementioned process?

If you provide some bad ass texture, I might consider updating the DREAM with it and create the rest of the supporting maps and materials from it etc

we can discuss, but u need to be more specific

I did create a hotkey to toggle the effects, which made the differences more obvious. I set it to Insert for the menu and Delete for the toggle, since I use Home and End for editing textboxes. (I use Delete too, so that hotkey may change, but it works for now).
Yea so thats completely different PC than mine, I have nvidia card and windows 10, thanks for info tho

I think I meant to say sprites, not textures. I want to work on the shrines and statues mainly. I don't really like the drab green look of them.

Is there any way I can extract the sprites from the DFmod?

I think keeping the original hair, and transplating the face is the best... I also make the opacity of the face around 60%, so it gains some of the original shape and colors. Than I add some shading, colors, smudge...

Still working on the 2020/R3 release.
It will be mostly a paperdoll finetuning, that system is huge. But now it should be really smooth and without any major bugs, with a lot of polish.

But I squeezed in other things as well, like some polish of the HUD, Sprites, Commoners, NPC/Portraits..

I added some XML files to paperdoll, the number of files went towards 16200 and Unity started to crash all the time I tried to build a DFMOD from it. My gut feeling was its a memory issue, so I increased the paging file from 4gb to 8gb and it solved it :geek: So I guess to build it you need 16gb RAM and 8GB paging file...

Anyway, here is the 2020/R3 changelog for now, for those who might be interested, but its still a WIP and other things will be added:

DREAM 2020/R3 - RELEASE NOTES

GENERAL:
Recompiled on 2019.4.10f1 LTS Unity to ensure compatibility with new DFU build and other mods
Changed flag to Read/Write on the animal sprites per Log suggestion
Found DFU Paperdoll bugs > reported > new version of DFU will have fixes > more clothing variants
Found DFU Paperdoll bugs > reported > new version of DFU will have fixes > better alpha sorting


COMPATIBILITY:
Moved Guard sprites to COMMONERS part of mod to ensure better compatibility with VIO
DREAN is now "Basic Roads" & "Travel Options" ready - HD HUD Parts in DREAM Style (TY Hazelnut!)


PAPERDOLL PROJECT:
-Weapons-
All female weapons re-possitioned to better fit the hands /240 XML files

-Heads-
Created almost 100 new HD heads
Corrected all 160 heads possitions/dimesions so they fit helmets/bodies better
Finetuned colors/brightness of heads so they fit bodies and look better

-Bodies-
Created a new female Khajiit body so clothing fits better
Finetuned & Corrected Argonian female/male bodies for better looks and clothing fit
Corrected unrealistically tight waist on male Dark/Wood/High elve and Khajiit bodies
Corrected most of the bodies necks for a better fit of heads
Improved Male Nord body & The rest of the male bodies details

-Clothing Female-
All fem Khajiit bodytype clothing refitted and bugfixed /600 XML files
All fem Breton bodytype clothing refitted and bugfixed /600 XML files
All fem DarkElf bodytype clothing refitted and bugfixed /600 XML files
All fem Argonian bodytype clothing refitted and bugfixed /600 XML files

New XML files for "Plain Robe-hood off" so it fits "-hood" on version better /40 XML Files
New XML files for Cloak, so hood off vs hood on fits better /40 XML files
New Masking files for a hood on version of the cloak, so it masks hair better /40 masks
Improved Argonian cloak interior fit to body /10 files
Improved all female cloaks exterior fitting details

Improved looks of all variants of fluffy bra /40 files
Created 10 new color variants of FullBody suits for all fem bodytypes /40 files
New 10 color versions of both variants of fem vests for all bodytypes (be4 only green) /80 files
New 10 color variants for noble robes (previously only 1 variant) /40 files
Created new & fitting fullbody suit for Argonian females /10 files
Added 40 missing masks for female cloaks for better look

-Clothing Male-
Checked most of the clothing for errors /1000s
New Full body suits for Elves + XML fitting + 10 Color variants /20 files
Removed white dot artifacts from all golden/black vests /40 files
Removed white dot artifacts on blue sandals (short/tall)
Got angry and removed white dot artifacts from all blue clothing /400 files
Created 10 color variants for all the gold/black vests /40 files
Created new variants for golden shields + and cleaner look /40 files
Cleaned upscaling artifact on all male cloaks at the neck area /80 files
Cleaned some issues in the blue cloak interiors



-Armor-
Improved hair masking on all full helmets /160 masks
Reduced brightness of Leather/Chain/Silver/Elven armors & shields 4 better visuals & consistency
Corrected 12 bugged-color human armor pieces (Adamantium, Dwarven, Ebony)
Added missing shield 249_33-0
Corrected edge-artifacts of all Kite shields /80files
Corrected some chains on the male lower trousers
Corrected chains on the lower female chest armor /40files
Improved the borders of the male chest armor piece /40files

-Artifacts-
Added 10 missing (weapon/shield/armor) artifacts for each gender
Weapon artifacts now have similar magic glow in inventory as they have when equipped in 1st person
Corected vanilla bug of "Hircine ring" displayed as a Shield -> Created new lore-friendly ring
Created unique SpellBreaker shield look
Improved the looks of many other artifacts



NPCs/PORTRAITS:
Changed Karethys NPC in Wayrest backroom to be a dark elf according to lore
Changed Karethys NPC portrait accordingly - HD VIP quality



COMMONERS:
Distant front-facing sprites facial upgrade based on close-up detailed frames /100 files



SPRITES:
Updated Desert, Jungle, Swamps sprites sets to handpainted - (thanks JmanOwar)
Tweaked all nature sprites lightness/contrast/saturations
Changed the flower color to brown-ish on some desert plants
Changed some swamp colors of stones for better diversity



HUD & MENU:
Resized cursor from 64x64 to 32x32 to make it same size as in older versions
Added HD RENAME button for new Save/Load screen command
Added HD ADVANCED button for new Configure Controls settings button introduced lately
Corrected bug in Configure Control settings where it stated "Look around" instead of "Sneak"
The perchament background of all the pop-up tabs has been remade to HD - thanks Fosley!

Improved spell maker colors - tab with caster, by hand, area, fire, poison etc
This translates to the spellbook as well (thats why I did it)
Tweaked character backgrounds to be more color neutral
Tweaked texts and tab brightness so all HUD tabs appear more of a same style



RESHADE:
Improved the reshade render, included fully functional decent Eye Adaptation
Improved antialiasing and general look

Hello, been busy quite a bit, great work on those faces, definitively looks more "painted", way to go ! 8-)

I can probably do a couple more faces this week-end, if you still need them, just ask !

Something reminded me of this guy... I went on to find him on the internet, than I upscaled him and corrected the issues a bit, so I can watch him nostalgically in glorious HD :geek:

Those were the days man... now I know why its so nostalgic, 1994 Score had him on a cover.. This is one of the worse mistakes I did, that I got rid of my collection of these magazines.
