[Mod] Taverns Redone

This mods aims to improve the otherwise dull taverns in Daggerfall, adding more variation, detail and immersion.
As of version 0.17, 49 of Daggerfalls 98 taverns have been redone.

- +4 taverns redone (50% done yeah!)
- Fixed an issue with missing floor
- +9 taverns redone (for a total of 45)
- *Several minor improvements
- Fixed issue with D.R.E.A.M patch and made it a separate download
- 4 new taverns (For a total of 36)
- Fixed a lot of clipping and floating issues
- Improved performance on certain heavy taverns
- Added even more variation in decoration
- Re-worked taverns to better reflect their quality
- Added compatibility patch for D.R.E.A.M.S

- Fixed issue with NPC:s being given the same names
- 6 new taverns redone
- Fixed issue with doors that caused their state to not be saved properly
- More consistency in what objects are marked "containers"
- Fixed a few floating or misplaced objects

- Fixed issue with taverns generating the same name
- Fixed a few floating objects
- Added more Quest markers
