I've waited long enough.
Travelled and cleared a graveyard after that.
Also after I accepted the quest the dungeon location was hidden. I used console to find it.

There should be a timer called "death" that starts up when you refuse to kill him.
The reveal action is properly written. It could be a problem with the engine if it didn't appear.

During "_talk2_ task" I found 2 quest items (_organs_) at location instead of 1.
One (false) was in private container. It can be steal.
And I steal it and could not understand why I cannot speak with next quest NPC.
Second (true) quest item was near NPC. I found it later. And then solved quest.
Question: How could it happen 2 identical quest items at same location?

Quest items can't appear in private containers -- as far as I've ever heard
Did the first item have a green background to it?
