I'm giving some context, in case it matters; I was doing quest JHKN026, rescuing a boy ransomed by the Dark Brotherhood. I'm currently in a tavern I slept in during my way to the dungeon, and now I'm back with the rescued boy (face not showing up for some reason), tracked by assassins.
If I try to sleep in this tavern, not only is my sleep interrupted by enemies, but I do not wake up correctly next to my bed but in the Void below or above the tavern.
SAVE165: original save before resting, using many mods. If I try to sleep I wake up way above the tavern, and fall to my death unless I quickly cast levitation
SAVE177: resaved without any mods, so you'd respawn inside the right tavern without Distant Terrain mod. With this one if I try to sleep I wake up way below the tavern, so something changed (maybe because of the relocation I experienced before I could make this resave?)

Re: Dev build/Linux: waking up above or below tavern's bed
Thank you for the saves Pango.
I'll see if I can fix this one ahead of new builds that I'm issuing by end of the weekend sometime. Otherwise I'll sort it out in time for next builds.
Edit: This save also exhibits the duplicate letter issue you mentioned in another topic. I'll take a look at that one too.

Yes, I've been doing some tests with that character, it's unlike my main character and that's sometimes useful.Interkarma wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 11:16 pm Edit: This save also exhibits the duplicate letter issue you mentioned in another topic. I'll take a look at that one too.
Hopefully the two issues are totally unrelated (I assume they are).

Yeah, I'd assume totally unrelated as well. Just taking the opportunity to say I'm looking at that also.
Edit: Have solved tavern issue. Will merge fixes ahead of next builds.

Subtle and nasty bug.
Feels good that it's now squashed
