I think it is known that there are situations in the game where the character gets stuck at some point of a dungeon, they are due to original game data and not going to be fixed for now. But I suppose it's still useful to locate places where it happens for reproducibility for a future fix, right?
This savegame has such a place in The Old Hawkston Shack, a dungeon in the Daggerfall province.
Just keep walking forward for a few meters from where the save is taken, and you will get stuck.

I have an automatic unstuck fix ready for April builds that will push player past sticky, badly formed geometry like this.
